Our journey began in 2006, right out of high school, with a passion for real estate and a strong work ethic. By 2010, that passion led us into property management, where we quickly made our mark. After the company we worked with divided, we took a leap—starting with a small portfolio, earning Property Manager of the Year, and achieving the highest occupancy rate. In just two years, we grew that portfolio to over 100 doors, solidifying our belief that this was exactly where we belonged.

While real estate markets rise and fall, we’ve found property management to be a stable, consistent space where long-term relationships thrive. That consistency drives us. We take pride in working with our clients year after year, maintaining properties that hold their value and supporting investments that grow stronger with time.

There’s something incredibly rewarding about managing a property from the ground up—then listing it years later in excellent condition. That’s the value we bring to our clients: a proactive, detail-focused approach that protects and enhances their assets.

In 2020, we launched Orison Properties as a fully independent firm, working from home and building from the ground up. Today, we continue to focus solely on what we do best: dependable, relationship-first property management that delivers peace of mind and proven results.

Stephanie Frederick Broker/Owner, Founder

Stephanie Frederick launched Orison Properties with a passion for service and nearly two decades of real estate and property management experience. She began her career in 2006 and quickly rose to become Property Manager of the Year, known for top occupancy rates and portfolio growth. In 2020, she founded Orison from the ground up, focused on delivering stable, relationship-driven management that protects property value and builds long-term client trust.

Heather brings over 40 years of legal experience to her role as Office Manager at our property management company. With a strong background in law—specifically contracts and leases—she oversees administrative communications, including answering phones and emails, and works closely with our attorneys to prepare leases and lease renewals. Heather is highly customer service oriented and plays a vital role in ensuring smooth, professional interactions with tenants, owners, and vendors alike.
